COVID-19 Response Strategy for Businesses.

ALDER SESSIONS
New Year.
New Rules.
New Strategies.

2020 was an interesting year and 2021 promises to be even more. In this New Normal, business and career essentials and the rules of engagement are constantly evolving.

This year, deductive strategies for your life and business will not work. To succeed in business and life in 2021 and beyond, you need new thinking, ideas and strategies that are adaptive and sustainable.

If you’ve ever wondered how to successfully adapt your business and career development to the new realities of our changing world, then we’ve got all the answers.

COVID-19 Response Strategy for Businesses.

what Alder has been up to lately.

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) classified the novel Coronavirus disease as a pandemic. Since then, our world has experienced drastic changes. In response, Alder has been helping businesses retool in a number of ways.

We have assisted corporate and faith-based organisations to develop COVID-19 response initiatives and campaigns. We also facilitated their donations of relief materials.

With our help, our clients have developed new products and retooled existing ones. They have uncovered new markets and expanded current ones. Some of our clients have fulfilled regulatory obligations as we’ve handled the technical setup for virtual Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Now that the lockdown is gradually being eased, it is time to look at what your business needs to stay relevant in this new and unfolding business era.
