Our programme for HayCountry began with executive coaching sessions with the Principal of Alder for 3 months. One-on-one executive coaching helped the promoter to clarify his plans and glean practical insights from an experienced entrepreneur.
Structured executive coaching provided an experienced sounding board for the promoter’s business idea. The sessions introduced accountability as goals were set during sessions and results reviewed. Executive coaching further provided key referrals and access to the coach’s network.
During the sessions, a monolithic brand architecture was defined for HayCountry where a single logo was used for all products. Visual identity standards were then defined.
Ideally, a start up’s brand should be simple. A detailed brand architecture should only be considered as business or product lines expand. The visual assets should also be easily recognisable and replicable across different media.
